1. Scope
These terms apply to all service center and software development services provided by INVIA d.o.o. to business customers unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Services
INVIA provides services in guest communication, reservation support, software development, consulting, integration and automation.
The exact scope of work is defined by the respective proposal or individual agreement.
3. Client obligations
The client must provide all information, accesses, contacts and approvals required for service delivery in due time.
4. Fees and payment
Fees are based on the individual proposal. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable without deduction within the stated payment term.
5. Liability
INVIA is liable in accordance with statutory law in cases of intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to typical foreseeable damages to the extent legally permitted.
6. Confidentiality and privacy
Both parties must treat all non-public business information confidentially.
Personal data is processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
7. Final provisions
Applicable law, place of jurisdiction, severability and further contractual details should be completed in the final agreement.
